Strømsør Fjellgård

Strømsør Fjellgård was established in 1839. The spot on the slope was chosen because snow melts away relatively early. Buildings and interiors testify to the handicraft skills of the men and women who settled here, and their ability to combine the traditions they brought with them from Southern Norway with the local resources.

Access
Access is approximately 30 minutes on foot on the path from the main road.
