Troms Armed Forces Museum

Troms Armed Forces Museum is dedicated to the strong military history of this region. Exhibitions focus on the 20th century, with special emphasis on the battle of Narvik and WWII, and on the era of the cold war 1953-1996. The exhibition “Abroad for Peace” investigates the history of the Norwegian soldiers serving in UN-led operations 1947 – 2014.
